Refund Policy

Return Period

You may apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the logistics receipt date) (return of the goods is not required).

Refund Conditions

The goods must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

1. The original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact, unused, and undamaged;

3. The damage is not caused by human error or quality issues (if the product itself is defective, we will issue a refund without requiring a return).
